shopping = failure
i had a day with lots of fails. obey sale was mad hectic, definitely super fail. i was very excited to use my coupons when i went shopping but didnt get to use it, failx2! i love shopping for people and all but not when products produced are soOoo uninspiring and overpriced. i am a die-hard bargain shopper.
not a fan of urban outfitters (they retailed a tank for $48 and my clothing store had the exact same top for $20... hmmm hmmm) but they do have neat misc. things.
silly bands... my darling clara gave me a dinosaur one... although i dont mind them, i am very very curious whats the whole hype about. enlighten me? anyways, when ppls talk about these silly bands, the first thing they say is, "this guy is a millionaire now!"
lomography! i have one (fisheye camera) and plan to learn how to use one very soon. that will be on my to-do list for winter break :) i did just take photography last semester

The weather has been kicking my ass lately--hot during the daytime, cold at night. Kicking it I tell ya! I've been sick but I am slowly getting better. It's a tricky one though. I still do stuff that will weaken my immune system, but when I wake up the next day, I feel myself getting a little better =) hehehehehe Like I have always said, slowly but surely :)
On Friday, it will be an epic night. My boss is hosting a "Minute to Win it" Game night at her house, along with other games too. And knowing me, I am one clumsy, dysfunctional kind of girl, so it can either go both days for me. There will be friends, food, festivities, and plenty to drink. OH JOY! =)

Ahhhh! I have been so tired and lazy. I lounge in my bed until afternoon. Go to work. And then snuggles with my bed again :)

I know I am a month late since its premiere but better later than never!! =)
Even though it is limited, his line includes a collection of all sorts of pieces: dresses, skirts, jackets, blouses, pants, belts. It seems like the color palette focuses on boldness: black, white, and mixtures of red--a spring/summer twist.
I like his graphic styles :) from cuts to prints.

Obstacles

As we grow older, responsibilities are placed upon us, whether we like it or not. And so are obstacles. The differences between successfully overcoming them and failing depends solely on how people handle themselves. A lot of people will consider taking the short way out--I mean, who wouldn't want that?! Life would be great if we asked for a car and it magically appears in front of us. Done and done.
Unfortunately, life is a funny thAng, I have to admit. It has its good days and its bad days. And is definitely not easy to handle.
So is courage. Either you have it or you dont. And those who have it don't always know how to manage it correctly. Well, then, how else are we going to know the do's and do not's?! Through experience, silly! And the more we deal with obstacles, the more we get the experience needed--actually going through with the process, from confronting the problem to sorting out the facts and learning from it, which essentially effects the future. I know it can be annoying to deal with, and sometimes intimidating too, but hey, if you handled it right (depending on the situation, of course) and you felt like you learned something positive from it, I promise you that it will make you a better person, pinky! Smiley face!

The little things
I rummaged through my jungle of a room and found this cute little book. And even though it has the word "God" in its title, there are a good amount of profound quotations in here that can be applied to everyone.
Inspiration is one of the greatest things to experience. It comes in forms of different shapes and sizes, and are both man-made and natural. Feeling a little blue??? Wherever you are at, simply step outside and take advantage of the atmosphere: its free and healthy!
